Cross Refrigeration was selected to install Unox Combi Oven (XVC504) complete with reverse osmosis system, Bain Marie and 2 door Foster Eco pro refrigeration to bring the kitchen up-to-date. The Cross Team completed a full site survey before installation and we teased out problems beforehand. The oven is energy efficient and the client is delighted with the results for either baking or steaming.
