The ProjectThe Cross Group was selected by McAleer & Rushe following a competitive tender to install air conditioning equipment into the 118,000 sq ft mixed use development on the 1.16 Acre Site in Bradford. The SolutionThe Friends Provident office development was fitted out with Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF air conditioning with Mitsubishi Lossnay units providing heat recovery ventilation to the office areas. Sanyo VRF air-conditioning equipment was utilised in the hotel bedrooms and public areas to provide simultaneous heating and cooling. Two Blue Box DX condensing units were installed to provide cooling to AHU serving the kitchen area within the hotel. The complete air conditioning and ventilation of these areas was installed and commissioned by our highly skilled teams of engineer's and fitters within a seven month fit out program. In total the project had over six hundred air conditioning and lossnay units installed and commissioned during this period. ResultAnother successful project delivered on time! |
